During the day these streets always have people, locals and tourists. Even during my nightly visit there was music coming from a café that should’ve had closed but kept open where friends hung around. Love couples passed by and other people enjoying the nightly walks like I do. All this was destroyed during the war of aggression against Bosnia & Herzegovina. But has been, since the last decade, rebuilt and flourishing with tourism. That’s a good sign of resilience.
If you get to Mostar, check out the Old Town early in the morning or at night. You’ll get it all for yourself.
