There is much to observe in a baby’s development every day. Like the other day, when I lifted up Lisa and we fooled around and she was protesting that, Florens changed expression and became serious while shouting “Ehh” and “Nee”. We immediately laughed and admired her protectiveness. Now there are many of these small things coming about in her growing character. Another thing is the physical growth, where she’s so much more active and starting to climb up on anything she can. Then we have the floor chaos. Just like the film Groundhog Day I put the stuff laying all around in their place, clean up, so when the next day comes, the same chaos can manifest. Babies take control
Besides all the funny, interesting and developing moments family life is a great pleasure. One really shapes it, determines how it will be. The most important thing is health and after that the mind, to fill ones life with mental and physical content. Even better, to do activities together where these aspects are combined.
Lisa has began to sew dresses for Florens, bringing up the vintage Husqvarna sewing machine to life again. The machine is beautiful, robust and heavy. I like the colors and shapes on it, it looks like fun to use it. Homemade dresses are really a great thing, you can choose the textile and pattern.
