I have the juice machine, the citrus press and the smoothie machine. The one I use depends on the season and what is available at a healthy and good price in great quantities. The raw and alive nutrients in a beautiful glass of juice or a thick flowing smoothie is really a boost for the body. During a week I make it as often as I feel is right for me. Lately a favorite has been taking just water, lemon, chlorella and wheatgrass like a fast green lemonade. Perfect after outdoor activity.
