After a quick Swedish autumn we are about to leave south for the winter. This intermezzo was quick. September began somewhere in Bosnia, we had fun in Croatia and in Sweden the rest of the month just wooshed by. October however was packed and took its time, all we needed to do was done and the weather was sunny. Leaving a melancholic breeze in a beautiful way.
We are heading back to Split, a city we really enjoy. It has a cozy city center of ancient, old and new architecture. The city has sports, art, ocean and mountains which is more than one can ask for. We’ll be staying in the center, near the water, just a stroll away from the old city. A Dalmatian winter to look forward to. Off the tourist season, that’s when Split is the best.
