Reykjavik and Iceland in winter

One of my favourite trips was to Iceland in the winter, Reykjavik in full snow, the land packed with thick white heaven and an extra cold winter. That made the kaffi taste so much better in the small places you can go to. Not being the prime tourist season in January, we had the streets for ourselves, and the Blue Lagoon. There are good vegetarian places in Reykjavik, Grænn Kostur was my favorite I remember. And yes, they had all other good things you need, a super place to visit!
